Note: Orders with more than one item are assigned a processing time in accordance with the item.

Prior to shipment, all purchased items will be thoroughly inspected. Nowadays, most orders will be shipped within 24 hours. The time for delivery will be 3-7 working days.

Returns

You'll notice that a majority of the items listed that we offer on our site are in stock. Items that aren't listed as being in-stock are listed and, if they are added to your basket, you will see the price as $0.00. We will ship items that are in stock at the moment, but may have to backorder at times.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. Unfortunately, if the 30 days have elapsed after you bought the item, we are unable to give you a refund or exchange.

You can only return an item if it is not used and is in the same condition the day you received it. It should also be returned in its original packaging.

Returning the item entirely the responsibility of the buyer (unless we have made mistakes (i.e. If you received an incorrect item or damaged product, the buyer will be accountable for the entire shipping cost. If you are requesting an exchange, we will cover the shipping cost.
